9 Dragons soars at The Brook

● 9 Dragons, a new restaurant inspired by the iconic Kowloon Restaurant in Saugus, Massachusetts, has opened at The Brook casino in Seabrook, New Hampshire.

● The restaurant, a partnership between The Brook CEO Andre Carrier and Kowloon owner Bobby Wong, offers a more upscale and modern take on Kowloon's classic dishes.

● 9 Dragons features a 1970s Hong Kong theme, with panoramic murals of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, and a menu that includes both Kowloon favorites and new creations.
